Kasbah Resources has published an upgraded resource estimate for the Western Zone Shallows (WZS) target at its Achmmach mine project in Morocco. The indicated mineral resource has increased by 53% to 221,000 tonnes at 0.95% tin, or 2,100 tonnes of contained tin. This adds to 123,100 tonnes of contained tin in the main Meknes Trend orebody.

WZS is part of the largely unexplored Siddi Addi Trend which runs parallel to the Meknes Trend. It is an open pit target which will be built into the project mining plan as a source of high grade mill feed during the early life of the operation. A definitive feasibility study on Achmmach is due in March, with first tin production targeted in 2015.
