Russian miner Seligdar has said it plans to begin tin metal production at its Amur Metallurgical Plant, currently under construction, in the fourth quarter of 2028.

The company, whose tin subsidiary Rusolovo produced 3,500 tonnes tin-in-concentrate in 2025 from its two mines, has made large investments into expanding its existing mining operations through improved efficiencies and tailings reprocessing.
