Aeternum Resources

Aeternum Resources Inc (OTC: AETN), is a United States-based mineral exploration and development company working to bring two West African critical minerals projects into production. The company is focused on developing western hemisphere supply chains.

The Gyel Project

The Gyel tin-tantalum-niobium-zirconium-ilmenite project is focused in the established tin supply region of the Jos Plateau, Nigeria. The deposit was historically mined by British companies in the last century and there remains considerable potential for mining of the alluvial, unconsolidated material at surface. The Nigerian project company has applied for two exploration licences, that when received would be converted into a mining permit before the commencement of operations. This is expected to be concluded by November 2026.

The company intends to produce concentrates through simple gravity separation, using a plant which expected to be commissioned in early 2027. At present, the company is undertaking earthworks and improving site access infrastructure, whilst awaiting finalisation of the permits.

Other interests

The company is also developing a cobalt and nickel project in neighbouring Cameroon, the Nkamouna project.
