The Indonesia Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (ICDX), along with Indonesia Clearing House (ICH), are planning a second tin conference, to be held in Bali from 9 – 11 September.

According to ICDX the Indonesia Tin Conference and Exhibition (ITCE) “will cover all aspects of the ever-changing market including the global economy, market trends and issues facing the tin industry today. It will feature high-profile speakers, interactive panel discussions as well as an exhibition session” from the Indonesian tin producers who are seller members of ICDX. One of the keynote speakers will be Cui Lin, ITRI’s Chief Representative in China, who will present on the global outlook for tin.

The first ITCE was held in Bangka Belitung province in March 2014 and attracted more than 70 companies and more than 150 delegates from international market players such as South Korea, Japan, China, Malaysia and United Kingdom. The organisers promise that the latest event will provide “market players with an invaluable networking platform and business development contacts for all conference delegates.”
