Jeremy leads the International Tin Association Market Intelligence team with a personal focus on existing uses of tin in solders, chemicals, tinplate and alloys and on emerging uses, mainly in energy applications such as lithium-ion batteries. The team’s analysts work on behalf of  tin producers to provide the main source of worldwide statistical and market information on tin. 

He is also responsible for  ITA communications, delivering positive messages about tin and it’s essential contribution to quality of life in the modern world.

Graduating from Brunel University, he has a PhD in the field of tin-based fire retardants. He is a Chartered Chemist and a Member of the Royal Society of Chemistry. Jeremy has been with ITA for over 30 years, pioneering and leading work on tin technologies and markets.
